Separate confirmed data from review items

It is acceptable to start with incomplete information, but the RFQ should show which details are confirmed and which need engineering review. This avoids false precision and makes the next conversation faster.

Selection Points

Use hinged doors for frequent access and removable panels for occasional maintenance zones.
Review acoustic louvers or duct silencers when heat release or airflow is important.
Keep cable, pipe, and duct openings as small and controlled as possible.
Ask whether the enclosure will ship as modules, panels, or a preassembled structure.
