概要

The HEMU Acoustics Soundproof Meeting Pod delivers a full conference room experience in a modular, freestanding enclosure. At STC 42 (Rw 42 dB), speech is completely private at normal conversational levels — ensuring GDPR-compliant meeting confidentiality and minimal noise intrusion to surrounding workspaces.

Available in 4-person (2.4 m × 2.4 m) and 8-person (3.6 m × 2.4 m) footprints, the pod integrates seamlessly into any office environment. Full-height glass wall panels on one or two sides create an open, transparent aesthetic while maintaining acoustic separation. Tempered safety glass with black powder-coat aluminum framing provides a premium finish.

All AV services are pre-wired at the factory: ceiling-mounted display arm bracket, HDMI passthrough, ethernet (RJ45), multiple power outlets, and USB-C charging points. The ventilation system delivers 60+ m³/h fresh air exchange at less than 38 dB(A).

Pods assemble in 2–4 hours and can be relocated without structural impact. Floor leveling feet accommodate ±15 mm subfloor variation. Optional raised floor plinth available for data center raised floor environments.
